Hold your next event at Catapult’s Charlotte locationCatapult’s Charlotte office can provide fully equipped meeting space for all businesses including non-member companies. Conference rooms and computer classrooms are available for rental weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
If your event is related to any of our areas of business, we request that you use our services. (When you use our training services, we provide the room for free.) Our facilities are not available to use for competitive purposes. If you are uncertain as to whether your event conflicts with our services, please speak with us prior to entering into a room rental contract.
Catapult offers five conference rooms, as well as three computer classrooms, to accommodate a variety of needs. Each conference room is equipped with basic audio/visual equipment with standard HDMI connections as well as basic meeting supplies. If you have a special need that is not listed below, please consult with our staff before you submit your contract application. Available meeting equipment includes:
- Flatscreen monitors
- Desktop computers
- Wireless presentation remote/clicker
- Extension cords
- Conference phone
- Secure wifi connection
- Flip-chart easel (pads not included)
- Whiteboards and dry-erase markers

Catapult is located at 3020 W. Arrowood Road, in Charlotte, N.C., close to both I-485 and I-77. Our office building is convenient to many fast-food and dine-in restaurants as well as grocery stores and pharmacies. Parking is available on our lot free of charge.
Catapult is committed to providing the safest environment possible. As a result, we are not able to accommodate requests for specialized room layouts. We are currently taking the temperature of all guests and staff upon entry to the building and strongly encourage that masks be worn and social distance be observed while in our facility. We have hand sanitizer stations in the common areas and available in all rooms. Please contact us if you have further COVID-related questions. To reserve meeting space, please contact us at (866) 440-0302, or e-mail our Business Services Coordinator at email@example.com. A Catapult staff member will contact you within 24 hours to review your reservation details and address any questions. If your request can be accommodated, the space will be tentatively booked pending receipt of the final signed contract.
Catapult accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and checks as payment. All room rentals are billed on NET30 terms. Cancellations will be subject to the following guidelines:
- 30 days or more: no charge
- 15-29 days: 25% fee
- 8-14 days: 50% fee
- 7 days or no-show: no refund
Depending upon the room selected:
- Chairs may be set up along the perimeter of the room to provide additional seating.
- Tables may be set up along the perimeter of the room to provide space for food, drinks, meeting materials, etc.
- Additional tables can be set up immediately outside the meeting room, if necessary, to accommodate registration and/or meeting materials.
