DEI is more than just a “program” at your organization, it is a culture shift and just a normal way of thinking, and many organizations are beginning their journey’s and thinking about the future of DEI at their organization. As you learned in part one, there are many moving parts to the concept of DEI, and because of that, we have additional relevant topics to share with you. This DEI work should be a part of our normal HR and business practices at work and in order to accomplish this, we have to consistently learn and learn different ways to incorporate it into our culture.
