Understanding your needs
Navigators host the new member launch meeting; they introduce Catapult’s resources and learn what you need most from your membership.
Membership Navigators also take part in your HR Compliance Snapshot review and your handbook troubleshooting session, so they can embrace a holistic view of your organization’s needs.
Through one-on-one guidance and engagement, you’ll maximize opportunities and resources within Catapult.
They’ll touch base with you throughout the year—including the 6-month account check-in—as they identify news, events, and resources that address your issues and goals. Your touchpoints with your Navigator will be meaningful, informative, and valuable due to their deep understanding of your organization, community, and industry.
Ready and eager to help
And when you have an emergency, but you’re not sure how we can help, the Navigator will field your call. They’ll gather information, evaluate your situation, and connect you with team members who can assist. Afterward, they’ll follow up to be sure your issue is resolved; if it isn’t, they’ll go the extra mile to help you find closure.
