Project Manager
Accel Air Systems is a Mechanical Contractor specializing in HVAC and Building Automation. We proudly serve commercial property owners, managers and businesses of all sizes. We are looking for a Project Manager to support our Project Management Team.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain Customer Relations and Sales, research customer needs and follow up on sales leads assuring customer satisfaction
• Estimating and selling HVAC Projects providing the best bidding in future projects
• Utilize Mechanical Engineering skills to provide guidance to field staff and leadership
• Provide Project Billing and accurate projections of Project Costs
• Close out documentations in a timely manner
• Project Management including establishing clear scope of work, communicating with internal office staff, field employees, subcontractors and clients to ensure a successful and profitable project
Qualifications:
• Proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• 5+ years of Project Management experience in HVAC industry
• College degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
