Virginia with Studios in located in Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami and New York.
Gloster is searching for an IT Manager/Application Manager to lead and manage IT operations and IT development projects making
sure all IT Platform operates securely and effectively at the least cost, supporting the overall business strategy. This position will
work with our international counterparts with all aspects of IT operations and development.
IT operations
It is imperative to safeguard IT operations is carried as smooth as possible, ensuring the optimal level of security and maximum
support the business. IT operations exists to support the business and includes creating, maintain and implement IT policies, monitor
and control IT budget, manage and control infrastructure/hardware, manage external partners to secure the optimal IT landscape,
ensure all applications are up-to-date and leading IT employees. Furthermore, it is imperative to support the main location in South
Boston, Virginia as well as the studios.
IT Development
Development project are essential to ensure the future. The role will ensure a pragmatic approach towards collect requirements for,
design, develop, test, deploy and review IT projects. Gloster have recently implemented Microsoft NAV/Business central in all
business units and is eager to continue the optimization of the system and add-on applications with help from key partners. This role
will design functionality within Business central to support internal processes, as well as provide technical training and guidance to
other team members and end users. Furthermore, the role will be a main partner in the digitalization process Gloster is undergoing
which also includes CRM enhancements, B2B platform, infrastructure projects and exploiting the Microsoft palette of solutions to
support the business.

Success criteria and overall responsibilities:
• Committed team player and able to work in an international high-performance environment.
• Ensure optimal management of IT operations and Development projects
• Ability to translate the company requirements and needs into primarily Business central ERP solution, secondly B2B
platform and other critical applications on time and budget.
• Ensure Cyber Security is always up-to-date, and Infrastructure/security Service Level Agreements (SLA) are met the business
unit according to specific domestic requirements
• Support Managing Director and Head of Group IT in developing digitalization strategy
• Ensure/provide tier-1 and tier- 2 support and troubleshooting for IT operations and application with main focus on Business
• Ensure necessary support, troubleshooting and coordinate all IT enhancements with IT partners with Microsoft partners.
• Ensure operations and projects on time and budget
• Ensure documentation and sufficient IT policies are always in place and implemented in order for the organisation to
operate in safe manner and in compliance with applicable data protection laws other such data protection rules.
• Coordinate, test and perform validation of various application features as they are implemented.
• Escalate unresolved business application issues/questions.

Work tasks:
• General IT and administration tasks.
• Ability to manage IT personnel, and effectively manage outside vendor relationship.
• Manage and control IT operations and applications with focus on BC.
• Facilitate the decision-making process and develop specifications that will drive the development process.
• Administer security of all systems and assist on systems upgrades and projects.
• Monitor, triage, and manage IT/application support tickets including troubleshooting to resolve issues.
• Project management.
• Debug and troubleshoot system problems.
• Analyze, Define, Describe and Test functionality within business applications – mainly BC.
• Perform end user training.
• Take responsibility for delivering development tasks within agreed upon timeline.
• Take over IT tasks as necessary.
• Additional duties and Ad-hoc projects as needed.

• Minimum a BSc. in computer science, Information Systems, or related field and/or relevant work experience.
• 2+ years’ experience working as an IT manager/Application manager.
• Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Business Central development experience within the modules,
• Sales, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Inventory.
• 2+ years’ experience working with Microsoft NAV/BC applications as a super user.
• Ability to work well within a deadline-oriented structure.
• Excellent interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication skills, teamwork, and customer service skills.
• Microsoft certification is a plus.
• Prince2, AGILE or similar certification is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills.
