Senior Product Manager

This is the perfect position for someone with B2B SaaS experience in Product Management who is ready to make their mark on a rapidly growing Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) business. We are looking for a candidate with 3-5 years of B2B SaaS Product Management experience, ideally with rapidly scaling company. This is a remote role based out of Atlanta, GA. Candidates will need to be able to travel to Atlanta, GA or Washington, DC 2-3 times a year for team meetings.

So, what would you do here?

As Senior Product Manager, you will help ClearPoint expand the breadth and depth of our product offering. The product management team is responsible for ideation, planning, roadmapping, and launch – and you would be responsible for that building and leading that team. We have a great product, great customers, and now we need you to help us “turn it up to 11.”

This position works closely with members of the company leadership, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to build a scalable product that enables the company’s continued growth. Your responsibilities will also include creating and managing a work environment where continual coaching, mentoring, and professional development are key drivers of retention and success.

Duties and Responsibilities

Work with the leadership and management teams to help define product vision and execute on product roadmap.
Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to:
Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify and respond to new opportunities based on market research, client feedback and requests, and market demand;
Conduct regular customer research and manage learnings from customer feedback (i.e., surveys, focus groups, customer service trends).
Develop and deliver internal training campaigns for Sales and Customer Success teams and serve as internal product champion for new features and functionality.
Communicate information about product changes (i.e., release notes, product roadmaps, release videos) to customer success, marketing and sales teams.
Collaborate with Customer Success on developing and maintaining product documentation and self-serve customer support channels.
Lead internal QC efforts, including managing of remote testing team and maintaining TestRail suites of manual tests.
Serve as internal security champion, and lead the SOC2 certification program and serve as SME for security questionnaires.
Education and Experience:

Relevant Bachelor’s Degree in business or a technical field required.
3-5 years of experience in product management for an SaaS.
Preference for experience leading a product team.
Experience in managing technology products and B2B go-to-market.
Experience building products from ideation, to launch, to scaling.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Data-driven approach to product management.
Understanding of trends in B2B SaaS products, including usage-based pricing.
Ability to collaborate with product and business unit teams.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent networking, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Track record of success.
