The NC Healthcare Benefits & Cost Survey provides employers the information that is most critical in managing their employee benefits plan, allowing for a comparison of plan designs, premium costs, and cost-sharing arrangements to other local organizations. This statewide survey collects high-level plan data for both traditional and high deductible health plans including cost of health insurance, the employee's portion (deduction), and in-network deductibles and out-of-pocket maximums.
