Throughout her career, she has demonstrated expertise across a wide range of HR functions, including employee engagement, talent management, employment law compliance, recruiting, benefits, training, safety, and workers’ compensation. Karol holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Troy State University and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), reflecting her deep knowledge and commitment to the HR field.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Karol and her husband are passionate advocates for animal welfare. They have opened their home to two beloved rescue dogs and actively support causes dedicated to giving a voice to the voiceless.
