Linda Hunter is a Catapult Employers Association HR Advisor based in Raleigh. Linda has over 30 years on-the-ground experience in various HR roles and industries. The majority of her time has been in banking, hospitality/food service and various call center environments as an HR manager/Business Partner, HR Generalist and Employee Relations Manager. Linda is most passionate about all aspects of employee relations with notable achievements in transforming organizations through people initiatives. Other areas of expertise include benefit administration, compensation/payroll, leave of absence administration, performance management, recruiting/onboarding as well as project management.
