What is Catapult?
Catapult (Catapult Employers Association) is a membership-based HR services organization founded in 1958. We provide fractional HR support, compliance advisory, employment law access, benefits administration, payroll, and workforce training to employers across Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and the broader nationwide.
How is Catapult different from a PEO?
Unlike a PEO, we do not become a co-employer. You retain full control of your employees and HR decisions. We function as your on-demand HR team providing expert support without administrative overhead.
What states does Catapult serve?
We primarily serve employers in Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina, with coverage across all 50 states.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. All memberships are annual with no long-term lock-in. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at renewal.
