For more than 60 years, Capital Associated Industries (CAI) and The Employers Association (TEA) have shared a fundamental drive, purpose and mission: serving North Carolina employers, helping them build and grow successful workplaces.

Now, we’ve come together as one to form Catapult – a new, more powerful employers association serving more than 2,300 employers across the state of North Carolina and beyond.

This merger was driven by the opportunity to reach further and go higher – moving beyond our respective regions to make a greater impact on those we serve and for whom we advocate. We’re giving our members more of the benefits they’ve come to value while adding new services to help meet their toughest business challenges. Catapult membership now includes increased expertise and a much larger arsenal of tools and resources, including:

In early March, we’ll be introducing a brand new website, but for now, we ask you to continue doing business as you do today through the existing websites of CAI and TEA. In the meantime and as always, we’re here in all the ways you need us! Let’s CATAPULT!

As we eagerly anticipate our new website, existing CAI customers can continue to use the existing CAI website. 

Existing TEA Members

In March we will launch our new Catapult site. Until then TEA Members can continue to use the current website.
