COBRA administration can be complex and time-consuming. We offer full-cycle COBRA administration services, with extremely competitive rates, personalized customer service, and complete compliance. Our services include:

  • Communication with participants
  • Premium collection and remittance services, tracking, and reporting

FSAs enhance your total benefits package while reducing FICA and unemployment taxes. The FSA plan allows participants to pay for eligible healthcare and dependent care expenses on a pre-tax basis. Catapult offers personalized FSA administration as well as robust participant account features. Our services include:

These employer-funded accounts save companies thousands of dollars, while helping employees with out-of-pocket expenses. Catapult helps you choose the type of HRA, the benefit amount, the reimbursement method, the payment type, and choice between carry-over and forfeit. We fully support custom plan design.

This plan option helps employers and employees manage healthcare costs and expenses while saving on taxes. For employers offering a qualified high-deductible health plan, Catapult can help establish a banking relationship with one of our preferred banks. Once the relationship is established, we’ll provide customer service support to participants. As a standalone relationship, you do not have to change banks when you change insurance carriers.

For employers offering high-deductible health plans, Catapult offers limited-purpose FSAs. Unlike the regular flexible spending account, this health savings account can only be used for vision and dental expenses. For this reason, an HSA participant may also enroll in an LPFSA.

A QSEHRA is available to employers who have less than 50 full-time equivalent (FTE) employees and do not offer a group health plan. The QSEHRA can be established to reimburse employees for their individual health insurance premiums and/or eligible unreimbursed medical expenses. Similar to a regular HRA, a QSEHRA is funded 100% by the employer. However, employers are not required to offer COBRA coverage or ERISA.

For employers offering post-retirement benefits, Catapult offers personalized retiree billing administration. Our services include:

A transportation spending account allows participating employees to set aside pre-tax funds to pay for qualified work-related transportation expenses. Unlike other tax-favored benefit plans that are structured annually, commuter benefits are exclusive to employees (not dependents) and are structured as a monthly benefit. Catapult service features include debit cards, direct deposit, and reporting.
