HR Audit/HR Assessment

We work with your organization’s leadership to conduct a thorough assessment of the status of the HR function, HR initiatives and people management activities to identify HR needs. Focusing on compliance, operational, and strategic HR, we help determine priorities and follow-up actions. Based on our findings, we provide recommendations for ongoing HR support.

I-9 Form Audit

We carry out audits of I-9 forms (Employment Eligibility Verification) to ensure appropriate completion and compliance with federal law. We’ll deliver a report and audit log including:

  • A list of the audited I-9s with each exception identified per form (such as errors, omissions, and missing forms)
  • An overview of the types of issues/errors discovered
  • An action plan with specific recommendations for each exception
  • Sample memos and policies, if needed, to show that the member company is making a good-faith effort in their I-9 immigration compliance

Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) Audit

Catapult will conduct a review of positions and determination of Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) classification (exempt vs. non-exempt from overtime pay). We ensure compliance with federal and state wage and hour regulations and provide recommendations, as appropriate.
