On March 16, one year after COVID-19 turned lively workplaces into empty buildings, Catapult took a look back at where we have been and forward to where we are going. We took a brief look at how COVID-19 has not only impacted the use of our physical workplaces, but how the pandemic has pushed us to pivot learning and development; supporting employees from afar and tackling unprecedented challenges. In addition, we discussed how employers can start looking ahead at the long-term future of remote work, reprioritize employee engagement and build hybrid businesses that will stand future challenges.
