Over the last year and a half, organizations have been pulled in a thousand directions. Priorities have shifted and learning has often been lost in the shuffle. For our business and our people, we must reinstitute our investment in learning and professional growth to attract and retain talent, and to maintain workplaces where everyone can thrive.

At Catapult, we are dedicated to meeting you where you are with your learning approach. We’ve grown our team of facilitators to help guide students through the learning process. We’ve created new courses and formats to align with current business demands. And our learning portfolio is the most robust it’s ever been thanks to the merger of The Employers Association (TEA) and Capital Associated Industries (CAI).

This event took place over two, half-day sessions and was designed to help you begin to create your organization’s 2022 learning plan, the business case for it, and learn how Catapult is here to strengthen it.

Catapult and Hero Health held this virtual summit focusing on health benefit options for employers seeking improved plans, lower costs, and more control.

Healthy, happy employees are the heart of your business, and smart benefits solutions boost employee morale and your bottom line. But rising healthcare costs make it increasingly difficult for employers to provide group health plans that offer low deductibles and superior coverage.

During this virtual summit, Catapult’s benefits experts and Hero Health’s coverage pros will be joined by members of the medical community to discuss the health benefits challenges employers face, the issues with traditional solutions, and a deep dive into proactive alternatives.

A huge thank you to our speakers and panelists:

On March 16, one year after COVID-19 turned lively workplaces into empty buildings, Catapult took a look back at where we have been and forward to where we are going. We took a brief look at how COVID-19 has not only impacted the use of our physical workplaces, but how the pandemic has pushed us to pivot learning and development; supporting employees from afar and tackling unprecedented challenges. In addition, we discussed how employers can start looking ahead at the long-term future of remote work, reprioritize employee engagement and build hybrid businesses that will stand future challenges.

A huge thank you to our featured speakers:

  • Dr. Mandy Cohen, North Carolina’s Secretary of Health and Human Services
  •  Andy Slavitt, senior advisor for President Biden’s COVID-19 Task Force.
