Breni Malpass is a Catapult Employers Association HR Advisor with over 20 years of experience in human resources management and recruiting. Breni brings an extensive HR career with roles at DAK Americas, Stanley Black and Decker and IBM. Breni also had HR roles with Carolina’s Healthcare, The ARC of Mecklenburg County and Interactive Medical Systems. In her current role as an HR Advisor, she provides expert guidance for Catapult’s Members on compliance, employee relations, recruiting, benefits, FMLA, training/coaching, and workers comp. Breni lives with her spouse and two children in the Wilmington, NC area.
