How Catapult Came to Be
For more than six decades, Catapult has been the trusted HR partner for employers nationwide. What began in 1958 as two separate employer associations – one in Charlotte, one in Raleigh – has grown into one of the region’s most comprehensive HR solutions providers.
In 2021, these two storied organizations joined forces to form Catapult, combining decades of institutional knowledge and deepening the expertise we offer our members.
Today, Catapult serves more than 2,000 employers across nationwide, with seasoned HR professionals providing hands-on support in compliance, employee relations, benefits, training, and organizational development.
