You can buy a single service outright through pay-as-you-go, or get unlimited advisor access all year through a Catapult membership. Either way the work is done by a credentialed senior HR practitioner.
Do I have to be a Catapult member to use on-demand services?
No. Pay-as-you-go services are open to any employer with no membership required and no commitment beyond the engagement you buy. Members get the added benefit of unlimited advice and member pricing on Catapult services, but membership is never a prerequisite for booking a single service.
How fast can I get help?
Most on-demand services are delivered within 24 to 72 hours. Larger deliverables such as an HR compliance audit or a multi-state compliance review typically take 5 to 7 business days. Each service page lists its own expected turnaround so you know before you buy.
Who actually does the work?
Credentialed senior HR practitioners on Catapult’s advisor team, holding SPHR, PHR, SHRM-SCP, and SHRM-CP certifications, backed by more than 65 years of Carolinas employment-law experience. Not a junior associate, not a chatbot, and not a generic template.
How much do on-demand HR services cost?
Pricing depends on the service and its scope, so each service page carries its own pricing and quote request. Members receive member pricing on all Catapult services. If you are not sure which service fits, tell us the situation and we will scope it and quote it for you.
What if the deliverable is not right?
Catapult backs pay-as-you-go work with a satisfaction guarantee. If a deliverable is not right, it gets revised or refunded, no questions asked.
