How long is supervisor training?

Catapult’s Fundamentals of Supervision Certificate Program runs 18 hours across three days. Single-topic manager workshops run about three hours. Both are delivered live online or in person at the Charlotte and Raleigh learning centers, and most carry HRCI and SHRM recertification credit.
