I bring over two decades of Human Resources experience, primarily supporting professional services companies across a variety of industries. I hold the SHRM-SCP and PHR certifications and have been actively involved in the HR community as a past CASHRM board member, contributor to the Winthrop University SHRM Student Chapter, and an active member of the Charlotte SHRM Chapter. I am committed to giving back to my community through volunteerism and my work with Hospice & Palliative Care of Charlotte.

Originally from Eastern North Carolina, I have proudly called the Charlotte area home for more than 20 years. Outside of work, I enjoy organic gardening, exploring local greenways and state parks, and WWII historical fiction.
