Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
You can opt out of marketing calls and text messages from Catapult at any time. Reply STOP to any text message, ask to be removed during a phone call, or use the form above.
CAN-SPAM Act (Email Opt-Out)
Every marketing email from Catapult includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it to opt out instantly, or submit the form above to be removed from all marketing email lists.
SMS / Text Message Opt-Out
Reply STOP to any text message from Catapult to opt out immediately. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.
Do Not Track (DNT) Signals
Catapult honors Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as opt-out preference signals for California users. Most browsers also offer a Do Not Track setting in their privacy preferences.
Additional State Privacy Laws
