What is the difference between the half-day and full-day formats?

The full-day format (7 hours) allows for deeper coverage across multiple topics, more scenario practice time, and usually covers 3-4 interrelated skill areas.
Can we track which managers have completed which workshops?
Yes. We provide attendance documentation for every workshop, which can be retained in employee files for compliance and development tracking. For organizations using the TopClass LMS, completion can also be logged in the learning management system alongside other training records.
