Catapult HR respects your privacy and is committed to complying with applicable privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and similar laws in other states including Virginia (CDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), and Utah (UCPA).

- Right to Delete: You have the right to request deletion of personal information we have collected about you, subject to certain exceptions required by law.

To exercise any of your privacy rights, please complete the form below or contact us directly. We will verify your identity before processing your request. We will respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days as required by law, with the option to extend this period by an additional 45 days when reasonably necessary.

Authorized Agents
California residents may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on their behalf. If you use an authorized agent, we may require written authorization or a power of attorney signed by you authorizing the agent to act on your behalf. We may contact you directly to verify the request.
Verification Process
To protect your personal information, we will verify your identity before processing your request. The verification process may vary depending on the type of request:
- We may ask you to confirm information we have on file about you
- For deletion requests or requests to know specific pieces of information, we may require a higher level of verification
- If we cannot verify your identity, we may be unable to fulfill your request
Opt-Out of Global Privacy Control (GPC)
We recognize and honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser or device sends a GPC opt-out signal, we will treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for that browser or device.
Do Not Track
Some browsers include a “Do Not Track” (DNT) feature that signals websites not to track your activity. Our website currently does not respond to DNT signals, but we honor the GPC signal as described above.
