Managers often face stress and pressure from employees, senior management, lateral workers, and customers. Additionally, they often have personal responsibilities – family, friends, and home commitments. Dealing with all of this requires excellent time management, prioritizing, establishing boundaries, and attention to health and wellness. In this module, participants will learn about all of this in order to continue to be effective at their jobs and prevent health issues such as burnout.
