It depends on the goal. Do we have to use coaching alongside the assessments?
No. Each assessment is available as a standalone product with a results debrief included. That said, organizations that pair assessments with Catapult coaching engagements consistently see the strongest behavior change and ROI.
How long does the assessment process take?
Most assessments take 20–60 minutes for the participant to complete online. Once results are in, we typically schedule a debrief within one to two weeks. Group rollouts (team DiSC sessions, leadership cohorts) follow a custom timeline we’ll build with you.
Are assessment results kept confidential?
Yes. Individual results are delivered privately to the participant and to the people they specifically authorize. We follow strict ethical guidelines from the assessment publishers and our certified consultants.
