Properly investigating concerns of discrimination or harassment in the workplace is important to minimizing liability to an organization. This module will help the participant understand the different types of EEOC charges, and the different types of discrimination and harassment that may occur at work. Participants will walk through the components of an investigation and receive tips on how to make sure they are done correctly. This module will be great for guidance on conducting any type of workplace investigation.
