Managers are in the middle of everything – they often need to foster good relationships with senior management, lateral managers, and even managers that they supervise. In this module, participants will consider all of the important lines of communication for a manager. Then they will discuss strategies for influencing others outside of their managerial authority. Finally, they will learn strategies for building a good relationship with their boss, and also strategies for coping with a difficult boss.
