Why it matters here

HR training challenges facing Kentucky teams

Kentucky’s private employers reported 1,691,898 jobs across 154,669 establishments in 2025 (BLS Quarterly Census of Employment and Wages, 2025 annual averages, retrieved 2026-07-27), with workers quitting at an average monthly rate of 2.03 percent (BLS JOLTS state estimates, 2025 annual average, retrieved 2026-07-28), and the EEOC logged 805 Kentucky charge receipts in fiscal year 2025 (EEOC Table E1b, FY 2025, retrieved 2026-07-27). The Kentucky Civil Rights Act covers employers with 8 or more employees, below the federal threshold, with no training mandate attached. Catapult keeps your managers trained and your documentation ready.

Good to know

Kentucky HR training questions

Does Kentucky require harassment prevention training?

No. The Kentucky Civil Rights Act, KRS chapter 344, prohibits harassment at employers with 8 or more employees and is enforced by the Kentucky Commission on Human Rights, but it mandates no training. Kentucky recorded 805 EEOC charge receipts in fiscal year 2025. Documented voluntary training remains the standard defense.

Yes. Every session is live online and open to anyone in Kentucky. Sessions are scheduled on Eastern Time and Kentucky is on Eastern and Central Time, depending on where in Kentucky you sit, so a noon Eastern start lands at noon in Louisville and 11:00 AM in Bowling Green. In-person seats exist only in Charlotte and Raleigh, North Carolina; everywhere else attends virtually.

Everything an HR team buys training for: compliance and harassment prevention, manager development, professional skills, technology and certification prep. Course pages show upcoming dates, and any session can be delivered privately for a Kentucky group, online or at your site.

Yes. Most Catapult courses carry HRCI and SHRM recertification credit, and both bodies run 3-year, 60-credit recertification cycles, so regular attendance keeps HR professionals current without a scramble. Every attendee receives a completion record for their files.

Yes. Catapult delivers private training for Kentucky organizations two ways: facilitators travel to your site, or run a live online session reserved for your team, scheduled around your calendar and your time zone.
