Class Pass Subscription Terms & Conditions
Please review the terms that govern your Class Pass subscription.

By submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Class Pass Subscription Terms and Conditions
Term
The term of this Subscription shall be for one (1) year from purchase. The initial term begins on the date of the purchase for 12 months (1 year). All classes purchased through a Class Pass subscription must be started while the pass is active or regular pricing will apply.
Access Limited to Subscription Holder
Access to Subscription is limited to the named individual on the Subscription (Subscription Holder). The Subscription cannot be shared with any other individuals.
Inclusions
The Subscription grants Subscription Holder access to Catapult Employers Association training content, including, instructor-led (virtual and in-person), Conferences, and Percipio eLearning Portal are subject to availability and exclusions. Catapult Employers Association has the discretion to cancel training due to low enrollment and for other business reasons.
Class Cancellations and No Shows
Subscription Holder is expected to comply with Catapult Employers Association’s cancellation policy requiring 4 days’ advance notice of cancellations. Failure to provide proper notice may lead to a $100 cancellation fee per occurrence.
Exclusions
Training provided by our partners who offer PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP Web-Based Certification Study Course and individual eLearning courses not included in the Percipio eLearning Portal, are excluded from the scope of the Subscription, and must be purchased separately.
Transfers
No transfers allowed.
Fees
Customer is subject to, and agrees to abide by, current Subscription fees. Customer will pay the Subscription fee at the time of purchase.
Copyright
The information available on or through the Subscription is the property of Catapult Employers Association, or its licensors, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Users may not modify, copy, transmit, distribute, display, sell, publish, license, create derivative works, or otherwise use any information available on or through the Subscription, for commercial or public purposes. Subscription Holders may not use Catapult Employers Association trademarks, logos, or other marks, for any purpose without the written permission of Catapult Employers Association.
Warranties
Catapult Employers Association hereby excludes all representations and warranties whatsoever (whether implied by law or otherwise) relating to training content available through the Subscription. In no event will Catapult Employers Association be liable for any incidental, indirect, consequential, punitive, or special damages of any kind, or any other damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, those resulting from loss of profit, loss of contracts, loss of reputation, goodwill, data, information, income, anticipated savings, or business relationships, whether or not Catapult Employers Association has been advised of the possibility of such damage, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Subscription.
Termination
Subscription Holder may terminate this Subscription at any time. Subscription fees will not be refunded for the current Subscription year. If Subscription Holder terminates its Subscription with Catapult Employers Association and elects to continue to attend training, said training will be subject to current training rates. Catapult Employers Association may terminate Subscription Holder’s Subscription for violations of these Subscription Terms and Conditions or in the event Catapult Employers Association identifies a conflict of interest between Customer and Catapult Employers Association.
Premium and Elite Member — Class Pass Subscription Terms and Conditions
By submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which also include Premium and Elite Membership.
Term
The term of this Subscription shall be for one (1) year from activation. The initial term begins on the date of the activation for 12 months (1 year) and is contingent on membership. All classes purchased through a Class Pass subscription must be started while the pass is active or regular pricing will apply.
Access Limited to Subscription Holder
Access to Subscription is limited to the named individual on the Subscription (Subscription Holder). The Subscription cannot be shared with any other individuals. If an organization’s membership is cancelled, Subscriptions for employees of the organization are canceled.
