Four-time Emmy winner, expert communicator, and “Bet On Yourself” motivational speaker
Molly spent two decades leading multimillion-dollar newscasts as prime anchor in a top 20 media market, driving those shows to number one. Hers was one of only two local main newscasts in the country with a sole female lead, and she won four Emmys and wrote three books along the way.
After speaking part time for more than 20 years, she bet on herself in 2024, stepping away from live broadcasts to go all in on keynotes, emceeing, and moderating. She founded the Bet On Yourself Summit, whose inaugural event was the first women’s event ever held inside the Carolina Panthers’ stadium. The follow-up sold out in 14 minutes.
