It is built for new and early-career HR generalists, solo HR practitioners, and operations leaders who carry HR alongside another role. The certificate covers the fundamentals no lean team can afford to get wrong: compliance, hiring and onboarding, performance basics, and total rewards, with an optional lab on putting AI to work in HR administration. Participants head back to work ready to handle day-to-day HR with consistency, accuracy, and legal awareness.
