The jump from running HR to partnering on the business is the one most generalists feel but few get trained for. The Strategic HR Certificate builds the judgment for it. It is built for mid-career HR practitioners and managers who have the fundamentals down and are ready to advise leaders, work from data, and shape more inclusive, scalable practices. The certificate covers business acumen, employee relations and triage, people analytics, workplace culture, and the metrics that move the business, with two electives on coaching managers and building a one-page business case. Participants head back to work ready to partner with leaders and bring a people lens to real business decisions.
