What this course covers
Investigating a concern of discrimination or harassment badly is how a manageable complaint becomes a liability. This module walks through the different types of EEOC charges and the forms discrimination and harassment take at work, then takes you through the components of an investigation and how to make sure yours holds up. The method applies to any workplace investigation, not only harassment.
