About this course
What this course covers
Managers are in the middle of everything — they need good relationships with senior management, with lateral managers, and with the managers they supervise. Participants consider all of the important lines of communication for a manager, discuss strategies for influencing others outside their managerial authority, and learn approaches for building a good relationship with their boss as well as coping with a difficult one.
Part of the Advanced Management II: The Multidimensional Leader (TML). Take it on its own or as part of the series.
