What this course covers

This broad perspective comes from an understanding of the many aspects of business that work smoothly together to form a cohesive whole.
In this course, participants receive an overview of the fundamentals of many aspects of business – business development, financial management, workplace laws, project management, and technology. This broad understanding will help them become multidimensional leaders who help to build synergy across the organization.
