Advanced Management II: Multidimensional Leader Cert. Program

The most effective managers understand the big picture – they seek to understand the perspectives of key stakeholders, they acknowledge and uphold business processes, and they appreciate the skills and contributions of other managers and employees across the organization. This broad perspective comes from an understanding of the many aspects of business that work smoothly together to form a cohesive whole.

In this course, participants receive an overview of the fundamentals of many aspects of business – business development, financial management, workplace laws, project management, and technology. This broad understanding will help them become multidimensional leaders who help to build synergy across the organization.
