About this course

What this course covers

Supervision covers a lot of ground, and most of it gets learned on the job. This certificate is for new supervisors and for people ready to formalize what experience has already taught them. It runs from setting expectations and delivering feedback through motivating a team, managing performance and delegating work, so the full scope of first-line leadership is covered. Participants head back to work with a practical framework and tools they can use immediately.
