What this course covers

By the end of this course you will be able to answer who is protected under the law, recognize and respond to workplace accommodation needs, and define the steps and participants involved in the interactive process. You will learn to handle leave of absence as a reasonable accommodation, including how ADA, FMLA, Workers’ Compensation, disability income replacement such as short-term disability, and various state laws interact, and to analyze accommodations for reasonableness.
