No. Indiana has no training mandate for private employers. The Indiana Civil Rights Law covers employers with 6 or more employees and is enforced by the Indiana Civil Rights Commission; federal Title VII applies from 15 employees. Indiana logged 1,876 EEOC charge receipts in fiscal year 2025. Documented voluntary training remains the recognized defense.
