The South Dakota Human Relations Act of 1972 prohibits employment discrimination and is enforced by the Division of Human Rights at the Department of Labor and Regulation. Yes. Every session is live online and open to anyone in South Dakota. Sessions are scheduled on Eastern Time and South Dakota is on Central Time in Sioux Falls and Mountain Time in Rapid City, so a noon Eastern start is 11:00 AM in Sioux Falls and 10:00 AM in Rapid City.
