Data-driven decision-making (DDDM) is using facts, metrics, and data to guide strategic business directions that align with the organization’s goals, objectives, and initiatives. In this module, participants will learn how to implement the steps of data-driven decision-making, including collecting and analyzing results from assessments, evaluations, and surveys to help make educated business decisions.
