Creating and delivering effective presentations is an essential skill for managers – they are often in a position to present information that is educational, persuasive, or motivational. They need to give progress updates, sell products, tell stories, or share visuals. In this module, participants will learn to organize their thoughts, develop materials, and deliver presentations effectively. They will also learn strategies for reducing performance anxiety.
