Advanced Communication Skills for the Workplace

This interactive course includes engaging facilitation with contemporary video and practical applications to create a personalized learning experience. Core to the program is the Everything DiSC Workplace® Profile, a simple tool to help people communicate and work more effectively together. Participants learn to describe the DiSC® model and the Everything DiSC Workplace® Map, identify their own style and the priorities that drive them during the workday, recognize similarities and differences among DiSC® styles that may impact communication, and apply People-Reading principles to build more effective relationships at work.
