What this course covers
Project management skills are essential for helping teams operate smoothly and productively. In this module, participants will discuss the Iron Triangle of project management and how it is helpful in describing project constraints. They will also learn to apply traditional and agile project management approaches, including goal setting, timelines, projections, milestones, and check ins. Finally, they will learn to avoid common project management pitfalls.
