What this course covers

They build teams that are ready for the long-term needs of the organization. They use their critical thinking and data analysis skills to predict logical outcomes, and they can quickly avoid problems and adapt to changes while leading their teams to success.
In this course, participants learn about managing in today’s workplace, and they gain insights and strategies for planning for the future. They learn how to build a team that is ready for the future, and how to adapt to needs as they change. They practice thinking critically and strategically to solve complex problems. They learn the fundamentals of collecting and analyzing data to make good decisions. These skills will enable them to be more strategic leaders in their organization.
