No. Utah has no training mandate for private employers. The Utah Antidiscrimination Act covers employers with 15 or more employees and is enforced by the Utah Antidiscrimination and Labor Division at the Labor Commission. Utah logged 408 EEOC charge receipts in fiscal year 2025. Documented voluntary training remains the standard defense.
