No. Ohio law does not require private employers to provide harassment prevention training. Ohio Revised Code Chapter 4112 still prohibits workplace harassment at employers with 4 or more employees, enforced by the Ohio Civil Rights Commission, and documented manager training remains the recognized way to show reasonable care under federal case law.
